Scope and data-handling principles

This policy covers the QuickQ website, apps and memberships. Information is handled only when needed to operate connections, manage accounts, protect the service or diagnose issues.

Network activity content not retained

• Visited pages: websites opened during a connection are not inspected or stored.
• Traffic destinations: we do not build destination records that reconstruct personal activity.
• DNS requests: domain lookups are not retained or used to create a user profile.

Information needed to run the service

• Service-use dates without a detailed activity timeline.
• Aggregated data volume used for network capacity planning.
• Membership plan and validity information used to maintain access.
• Connection error details used to diagnose reliability problems.

This information supports membership checks, network capacity, service protection and troubleshooting. It is not used to reconstruct personal browsing. Contact support with privacy questions.
