Confirm the operating system and version, download the matching app, then allow the network permissions it requires.

Open QuickQ, sign in with the account used for the membership and check that the service period is active.

Start with the recommended route or choose a region that matches the website, game or work service you need.

Select Connect and wait for the active status before opening another app; disconnect first when changing routes.

Test the original internet connection, change routes, restart QuickQ and review system permissions. Save any error message before contacting support.
